Fun Fact
Did you know that the first canoe was built between 8200 and 7600 BC. The word canoe comes from Kenu which means dugout as many of the first canoes were dugout of large tress. If you have the time on you way to camp, I would recommend visiting the Canadian Canoe Museum in Peterborough http://www.canoemuseum.ca/
